Afterwork Roundtable in VEP 3D

A leading software provider recently hosted their first-ever virtual “Afterwork Roundtable” on our 3D Virtual Event Platform (VEP).

For this event, the customer chose the Roundtable Module of our Virtual Event Platform. This decision allowed them to organise an engaging, interactive evening session for their audience.

The customer invited one of the top users of their technology platform, a leading beverage company based in Germany, to speak about their experience and success with the product. The guest speaker shared valuable insights with the attendees during a live session.

To make the session even more engaging, the customer invited 15 representatives from various companies interested in their technology. These attendees had the chance to hear firsthand from the senior representative of the beverage company in a live, interactive discussion.

The customer also brought in one of their senior product leaders to act as the Host/Moderator. The host conducted a live interview with the guest speaker, creating a dynamic conversation. During the session, attendees were encouraged to submit questions via chat. Both the host and the guest speaker answered these questions throughout the event.

New Experience:

Before the pandemic, the customer regularly hosted evening roundtable events in high-end venues, often paired with dinner invitations. However, due to COVID-19, the customer chose to move these events to the digital space rather than cancelling them.
