IT Support Engineer
Location: Munich, Germany
Your tasks include:
Daily tasks involve the following:
- Monitor performance, diagnose and resolves users’ IT problems on daily basis
- Provide day to day performance and operational support for both User and LAN hardware and software to the business users
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair PC and LAN equipment
- User support (office 2k13, win7-win10, softphones, mobile phones, printers, scanners, etc.)
- Installation and support of Microsoft Office products including MS Office
- Developing documentation, including applications guides and user training manuals
- Undertaking project work as assigned
Your experience and skills:
1 to 2 years’ experience and working knowledge of the following technologies is required:
- Windows Active Directory structure, including Windows 2008 & 2012 Servers
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2013
- Windows 7 & Windows 10 Professional
- Symantec Enterprise End Point Protection and Backup Services
General skills:
- Good English and German communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Willing to travel
- High Flexibility and dedication
- Friendly attitude
Education and Courses:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT
- Professional certifications like MCP, or MCSE are highly preferred.
